Job Description Position Overview: Deliver comprehensive dental care to diverse patient populations in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities: Perform examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy using clinical expertise.
Assessment & Planning: Review medical/dental histories, perform exams, and utilize diagnostic imaging to create personalized treatment plans.
Clinical Protocols: Maintain a safe clinical environment by strictly following infection control and aseptic techniques.
Practice Management: Document medical records, schedule, and bill accurately using dental software such as Open Dental.
Team Collaboration: Practice four-handed dentistry with team members to optimize efficiency and patient comfort.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure legal and ethical standards through strict adherence to HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.

Requirements State Licensing: Valid state dental license with current certification to practice dentistry.
Clinical Experience: Proven general dentistry experience including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care delivery.
Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft, as well as medical imaging technology.
Clinical Procedures: Proficiency in performing extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant procedures.
Communication & Care: Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and compassionately, with pediatric experience as a plus.
Clinical Background: Prior experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.
